EA is showing signs of slowing down, with the latest World Cup themed promo being World Cup Phenoms. This new promotion will feature new cards for FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, as well as a special promo pack for each week of the tournament.
World Cup Phenoms start date
Playing World Cup Phenoms will be a blast with this new event. There are a few details that EA has already revealed through an in-game loading screen. The start date for the event is Friday, December 9, 2022.

World Cup Phenoms Cards
World Cup Phenoms will be largely based on young players, less than 24 years old, who have shown their more experienced teammates how it’s done. Those selected to feature in the World Cup Phenoms cards will receive a special card with boosted stats. The only issue is that they are unlikely to be live items. We will have to wait until the promo is officially revealed to know for sure.
